Superintendent of Schools
Española Public Schools, located in beautiful northern New Mexico, is accepting applications for the position of Superintendent of Schools. We are looking for an experienced educational leader with exceptional skills in communication systems and enhancing community collaborations. Candidates must also have demonstrated ethics and integrity in all their actions while developing a positive, collaborative relationship with the Board and experience in a multicultural setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid New Mexico administrative license or eligibility for a New Mexico administrative license.
- Three to five years of teaching experience preferred.
- Three to five years of leadership experience as a Principal or three to five years of experience as a Central Office or District leader.

SALARY: $150,00
SALARY: $150,000 - $175,000
START DATE: Negotiable. Beginning September 1, 2024, or ASAP after selection.
